What happens if I miss the deadline?
All orders should be delivered on time or ahead of time. In case of lateness, the writer will be fined per each day or even per each missed hour. If the writer asked the customer for a time extension and the latter has agreed, then nothing will be deducted from the payout. Therefore, if you see that you going to be late with the order, contact the customer beforehand. Very often they have nothing against time extensions - but only if you inform them beforehand. Please note that ideally this has to be done one day or 20-18 hours before the deadline (not an hour or half an hour).
How do I contact the customer?
You will be able to check messages from the customer using your control panel. Ability to check messages at least once a day is a must. Maintaining contact with customers helps to avoid various misunderstandings, delays and reassigns. Please remember that the customer is more than interested in the high results that is why s/he is eager to help you. Cooperate with them. If we notice that customer's messages are left without replies for more than a day, the writer will lose his/her reputation. This also concerns completed papers. Customers might ask for revision, so please do not disappear for days after the paper is uploaded. We still need you.
My requests for the first order are not approved.
If you are new with us, make sure you request some small orders first. Starting small guarantees you an order at some point. If you prove to be a professional writer, we will happily assign you more orders in the future. However, if a new writer fails his/her first order that will automatically result in irreversible cancellation of our cooperation.
Can I lose my top status?
We are proud to work with top writers. We are happy that you have gained this status, which gives you certain privileges. However, please remember that a top writer status is a great responsibility too, and if a top writer plagiarizes, delays an order or drops it, the status will be changed immediately.

How do I get my payment?

We strongly suggest applying for an ATM card with us, this is a very
convenient method of payment that involves no fees. Please note, some

Can I get the payment once I upload the paper?
The payment is issued twice a month: on the 1st and 15th. Orders are scheduled for payout automatically after the 20 day clearance period, during which the customer is entitled to requesting a revision, if needed.
Why do I need to upload a draft?
It is preferable that the writer uploads a draft to avoid misunderstandings in the instructions and to prevent multiple revisions.
How many orders can I request at once?
Becoming a top writer you will be able to take about 3 orders without having your request approved. Before that you will have to request orders. If you prove to be a professional writer, you will be assigned more than 2 orders at once.
How much do you pay for an assignment?
It depends on many things: the urgency of the order, its academic level and the number of pages. By the way, we pay per page but only for the actual content. Bibliography, references, title page and footnotes are free of charge.
How long does it take for you to process an application?
Normally it takes about 10 days to process an application. Whatever the outcome, you will be notified via email.
How do I know that my request for an order was approved?
Request orders that match your field of study. Once your request is approved, you will get a notification email.
Is this legal? Are students allowed to request others to write term papers for them?
Papers we produce are intended to be used as samples or for research purposes. If one uses our essay to write his/her own essay it should be referenced accordingly. Therefore this service is legal.
Isn′t writing for other people cheating? How exactly does this work?
We don′t believe that writing for other people is cheating. First, and most important, we always let our customers know that works we provide are to be used as samples. Then, there are some situations when a person simply cannot complete the work for a number of reasons: e.g. unexpected circumstances like injury, bereavement, too many classes at a time. How can I become a top writer?
In order to become a top writer you need to prove your reliability. This includes any of the following: 1. You need to complete at least 25 orders without getting fined for plagiarism or late works. 2. You need to a total of $1000 of paid out orders. 3. You need to get at least 10 positive feedbacks from customers (feedbacks are monitored and accumulated towards your credit). Completing any two of the above points will bring you bonuses, calculated monthly or towards each order, depending on the amounts.
I have received your plagcheck results and it shows that the paper is 13% plagiarized, however it is originally written. Why?
This is how the plagcheck system works. The paper is separated into small blocks, called patterns. Then the system performs a web search by utilizing a so-called Rabin-Karp algorithm of string text search, thus giving the most precise results, (it even includes sources where the parts of the paper were copied from). This technology was invented back in 1987, and we found it to be the most adequate solution for our clients needs. The system is powered by such search engines and Yahoo!, Google, MSN. Thus you can be absolutely sure that your paper is not plagiarized. However, the system has its disadvantages: it cannot recognize which part of the paper has been properly quoted and which was plagiarized. In other words it counts all matches towards the general plagscore. So if you are absolutely sure that paper is properly referenced there is no need to worry. We will explain the same to the customer if there is a need.
